Guadalupe Tuscany Resort - Braccagni

Country Resort Guadalupe is a traditional Tuscan farmhouse, renovated to host rooms and 16 elegant apartments. It is located a 15-minute drive from Grosseto, and parking is free.

Each bright and spacious apartment at the Guadalupe features typical terracotta floors, exposed wood-beam ceilings, a furnished patio or terrace, and its own independent entrance.kitchenettes are fully equipped.

Apartments at Resort Guadalupe also come with free Wi-Fi access, individually controlled air conditioning, and orthopaedic beds. Guests receive a badge providing independent access to the apartments.

The Country Resort features a large swimming pool with hydro-massage corner. Drinks and snacks are served under the poolside gazebo, and breakfast is buffet style

Resort Guadalupe offers a children’s playground, a token-operated laundry room. Barbecue facilities are also availableas a seasonal service upon request.

Country Resort Guadalupe is in the peaceful Maremma countryside, 10 minutes walk from Montepescali Train Station, and a 3-minute drive from the SS1 national road. The nearest beaches are Follonica and Castiglione della Pescaia.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:30 and ends at 10:00.

Use of the spa is limited to 1.5 hours, and access requires a reservation.

Please note that a kitchen is available upon request and will incur an additional charge of EUR 50 per stay.

Cleaning service is offered daily. A cleaning service, which includes changing bed linen and towels, is available every 7 days for apartments booked for 1 week.

The service is subject to availability and must be booked at the time of confirmation for the entire duration of the stay.

Half board costs EUR 28 per person, including 2 courses of your choice in a menu made by the chef daily with water, a glass of winebeer or soft drinks included.
