In summer the location is ideal for walking, climbing, mountain biking, horse riding and golfing (close to the hotel).
The winter season at the Hotel Alpenrose is perfect for skiing: the hotel lies close to the ski-lifts of the Carezza skiing resort and there are magnificent trails near the property. Sellaronda is a 30-minute drive away. Ski gear can be rented in the hotel.
